We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you receive the highest quality products.

If you encounter any issues with a faulty item or merchandise, we offer the following option:

Replacement Request: Customers may request a replacement for any faulty item or merchandise. To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team within 90 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the faulty item to wesley [@] solisadventure.com

We will process your replacement request within 2-5 business days.

We will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement.

Exclusions: This policy applies only to items that are faulty or defective. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
